About Olive Nutrition
Meet Olivia
Hi, I’m Olivia—a Certified Nutritionist based in Bellingham, Washington.
My work is rooted in a deep understanding of human physiology and a commitment to helping clients achieve meaningful, lasting health. I take a personalized, root-cause approach—looking beyond surface-level symptoms to understand the full picture of your health and what’s truly driving it.
Each client I work with has a unique physiology, history, and set of goals. My role is to bring clarity to that complexity and develop a strategic, individualized plan that is both effective and sustainable. Nutrition should feel supportive and empowering—not restrictive or overwhelming.
In addition to my clinical work, I am a high school swim coach and prioritize living an active, balanced lifestyle. Whether I’m in the pool, in the garden, or spending time with my two dogs, I value habits that support both performance and long-term well-being.
If you’re looking for a thoughtful, individualized approach to your health, I would be honored to work with you.
Let’s create a plan that supports your goals—and your life.

My Approach
I help you build a way of eating that actually fits your life—so you can feel better, stay consistent, and see real results.
Using an integrative and functional nutrition lens, I look beyond surface-level symptoms to identify underlying imbalances and root causes. From there, we create a personalized plan based on your unique physiology, lifestyle, and goals.
I believe nutrition should be:
Practical — not overwhelming
Sustainable — not restrictive
Evidence-based — not trend-driven
Supportive — not judgmental
Whether you're working toward better energy, improved health, athletic performance, or navigating seasons like pregnancy and motherhood, I’m here to guide you with a plan that feels realistic, effective, and lasting.
